Impacted wax is the most common cause for ear fullness and ear block affecting patients. In this case after examination your health care expert may advice ear wax softening agents to help loosen the ear wax for easy and painless removal. This is followed by a procedure called ear syringing by means where the ears are irrigated with saline to flush the softened wax collected in the ear canal.
